EME Outstanding Graduate Teaching Assistant Award Nomination Form

Purpose: The EME Outstanding Graduate Teaching Assistant Award recognizes graduate students for superior teaching assistance.

Eligibility: To be eligible for nomination, a graduate student must be enrolled in the Energy and Mineral Engineering graduate program and must have served as a graduate assistant within the last two years.

Nominations: To nominate a TA for this award, please complete and submit the online nomination form below by the deadline. Nomination forms may be completed by students, fellow TA's, and faculty.

Deadline: Submit nominations by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 3, 2023

Supporting documents: You are welcome to attach a full letter of support rather than using the "nomination statement" box, or you can attach a letter signed by multiple people in this way.

Please remember, specific examples of situations or attributes exhibited by the nominee make for the strongest nomination packets.
